Important in my work:

- to emphasize the importance of public education and awareness-raising.
- to highlight the role of volunteers and the trustworthy, cheerful and lively communication and cooperation between leaders and volunteers.
- focal-point of my work is to support the psychological well-being of patients, their relatives and the supporting staff both at an organizational and at a personalized level.
